How do I place a custom order?

- Add your names, date, custom text, color or style preference, and any special requests
- After checkout, send us your photo by replying to your order confirmation email or contacting us with your order number
- We'll send a digital proof for your approval before production begins
What information do you need from me?
For people, pets, or buildings: provide clear, well-lit photos. The more angles you share, the better we can capture the likeness.
We'll transform your photos into our signature hand-drawn style - generally matching the look shown in the first product image of each listing.
Can I see a design before I pay?
Yes. You can purchase a design preview service for $30 USD.
- If you later place an order of 50+ pieces, the $30 design fee is refunded
- If your final order is under 50 pieces, the design fee is non-refundable
We recommend this option if you're ordering in larger quantities and want to see the design first.
What if I only want the fridge magnet without the back card?
We offer an additional 20% discount on that option. Please contact us before ordering and we'll set it up for you.
How long does the design preview take?
We typically send your first digital proof within 2-3 business days. Please check your email, including spam, and reply promptly so we can keep things moving.

Yes. You get 2 rounds of revisions per product after the first preview. We want you to love the design before we produce it.
